Valuer Fabtex Private Limited, established in 2012, is an empanelled Training Partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), registered under the Companies Act 1956, with its head office in Guwahati, Assam, and corporate office in Delhi. We implement key schemes under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship and are empanelled with 26 Sector Skill Councils, providing NSQF-aligned skill training across sectors like BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Beauty & Wellness, IT, Telecom, and more. Alongside skill development, Valuer Fabtex specializes in transforming education by setting up Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL), STEM Labs, Robotics Labs, Science Centres, and AR/VR Labs in schools nationwide. We conduct livelihood programs, financial literacy initiatives, and entrepreneurship development while delivering hands-on, experiential learning solutions supported by comprehensive teacher training and interactive curricula. Our integrated approach addresses skill gaps and enhances employability, nurturing a skilled, innovative, and future-ready workforce across India.

Education

Valeur Fabtex Pvt. Ltd. transforms school learning with cutting-edge, experiential solutions by setting up Atal Tinkering Labs, STEM Labs, Robotics Labs, Science Centres, and AR/VR Labs equipped with 190+ advanced kits including 3D printers, drones, and IoT devices. These labs foster creativity and critical thinking for students from Grades VI to XII, supported by a 1-year curriculum, 100+ hands-on modules, and 5-day teacher training.

We also strengthen foundational literacy and numeracy through diverse teaching-learning materials (TLMs) and deliver Entrepreneurship Mindset Classes (EMC) for Grades IX–XII, benefiting over 70,000 students and 1,000 teachers via booklets, gamified apps, and support systems. Our pre-vocational curriculum equips Grades VI–VIII students with life skills such as financial literacy, digital citizenship, marketing, and basic electronics.

Additionally, we establish career counselling and mental wellness centers to guide students academically and emotionally. Through this holistic approach, Valeur Fabtex builds a future-ready educational ecosystem that nurtures talent and fosters innovation for real-world success.

The Central government's flagship skill development programme, the Pradhan MantriKaushalVikasYojana, has transformed the skill training landscape in India by a great extent. Champak Deka, who hails from BaihataChariali, Kamrup (R), was brought up in an economically poor family. His father worked as a Carpenter, and due to his meagre wages, Champak had to undertake part-time jobs, such as courier delivery boy, electrician, etc. along with completing his class 12 board exams.

This is the story of BhaskarPatir who grew up in a poor family and lost his father when he was in class twelve. Due to this, he had to drop his studies and started to look for jobs to support his family. Since he could not pursue higher studies, he lost all hopes of getting a good job and felt completely demotivated.

Son of a small shop owner, MojammilHaque belong to the Backward class and came from lower economic strate of the society. As one of the three children, the family had a tough time for survival. The total family income of Rs. 9000 was not enough to make both ends meet and his father had to struggle to provide two meals and clothing for the family.
